posting a collection only item

Hello 

I sold an item which was listed as collection only , but I agreed to post it , the buyer has acknowledged that they have received it but I can not mark the item as despatch as it is a collection only item - I saw advise to say that I should mark it as paid but that does not seem to have made any difference , I have asked the buyer for the collection code but they don't seem to know what that is - how can I mark this as collected so that the funds are released to me please ?

You cannot mark as collected without the code from the buyer,if they cannot find it in their order details your payment will be released after 14 days
