Getting a buyer to mark an item as received

I've just sold two items to the same seller on two sperate listings within one week .

The buyer paid only one postage for the second item and I sent both items out with one tracking .

He has marked the tracking item as received , but can only see to leave feedback for the second.

How does he mark it as received and release funds ?

Hope this makes sense

or is this another way of eBay holding on to cash and make even more money 🙂

Getting a buyer to mark an item as received

Hi steveredtilldead, thanks for your post.

Buyers are unable to mark items as received, the only way for an item to be marked as received, is with a tracking number that shows the item as delivered. Positive feedback will only release funds in the transaction is £10 or lower. Otherwise, the funds will be released after 14 days. For further information, you can see our policy here.

Thank you,

Marco
