combined shipping for two items to same buyer - payment pending for one

I combined two pairs of shoes in one package to the same seller

i was not able to mark as 'dispatched' for the second pair  (for some nonsence reason - used to be able to but now can't).

so now even though the items have been delivered i have only been paid for one.

how do i get my money off ebay.

i think i will cancel the second pair and the seller can pay me via paypal

cutting ebayout seems to be the only way to actually use the platform these days. 

cant do this  cant do that.

so many nonsence changes.

If you cancel and send a message for the buyer to pay you through PayPal direct and not through eBay checkout you could get your account suspended, as this would be seen as an ' off eBay sale'.

There is an ongoing technical issue with sellers not being able to combine postage causing all sorts of issues, yours highlighting a major one,  that is,  your payout for that item will now be held for 14 days before release.
