Need assistance, Seller refusing refund

Hi there,  Currently trying to sort an issue with a seller refusing a refund on a faulty item

It was ordered on the 25 of march and they have been giving me the run around since then, now the item is passed 90 days and i now cannot even select it on the ebay app 

How do i go about resolving this, They have obviously just been dragging me along the entire time to get to the 90 days so i physically cannot do anything about it

In fact ebay only allow 30 days for claims so there's nothing you can do via ebay now.    Contact your payment provider and see if they can help with a refund or chargeback, depending on how you paid.

You are not alone. Most Buyers learned this lesson the hard way, too.

 

May I make suggestions for future purchases? By all means, send a courtesy message and photos to the Seller if you wish to give them a chance to make a custom resolution. If unresolved 48-hours after that, open a Return Case (or before 30-days, whichever is earlier). Resolve the issue within the Case - do not close it until it is completely resolved! Keep an eye on the date eBay gives you to ask for help, and escalate to eBay if still unresolved by then.
