Hi, is it possible to refund a refund, bought an item no problem both left possitive feedback, and then the seller refunded me in error. I just do not know how to send the money back to him. Thanks

Just btw a seller is very unlikely to have refunded everyone by mistake. They would have to do it manually one by one and it would be very deliberate.

Hi, Thanks for the promt reply, no I never rang Ebay, but I don't think it has been hacked, because when I tranfered the refund through PayPal his profile and name came up. But I do think he may have been suspended from Ebay, though I am still receiving messages from him.

Hi, This is ongoing from my first post, I have just received a call (landline) from this seller, saying he made a refund by mistake. This guy can hardly speak english, although I am sure he asked for bank details, (no chance)  I did get the callers number, I think it is international but not certain, 12 didget number. What I am certain is a scam. I did refund this seller for the full amount through PayPal, and it has been paid. I am just sick of this guy, but I do think Ebay need to know if this is a scam. Thanks.

if you have a problem with something and its not your fault if they want the item sending back they should pay postage you should have asked the seller for a prepaid postage label

Provided the account that the card was linked to is still active there won't be a problem.

It isn't clear what your problem is here.  We are just other members like yourself so don't have access to your account.

If you haven’t received an item then you can report that by going to the help homepage and selecting the item in question and then 'Get help with an item that hasn't arrived'.  If the seller doesn't respond within 3 business days then you will be given the option to 'Ask eBay to step in and help'.

Hello. I trusted Ebay and I always shopped. A week ago I wanted to buy a washing machine. But the seller wants me to pay for delivery. There was no such thing in the agreement. I canceled it. But the seller ignores me and does not return my money. This is a fraud and a situation that will harm Ebay.

You can only request a cancellation.  If it was a private seller then they are not legally obliged to accept. 

If the item was sold as collection only then you will be able to open an 'Item not received' dispute 7 days after the date of purchase.  If it was sold with a delivery option then you will need to wait until the estimated date of delivery has passed to open a dispute.

To open a case:

Go to the item in your purchase history

Select "More Actions" from the drop down menu for that item

Select " I didn't receive it" 

After 4 days, click the "ask eBay to step in" button and you will get a full refund
