Who is responsible for the glitch on Royal Mail / Parcelforce items showing as undelivered when in fact items have been delivered and are showing as such on Royal Mail / Parcelforce’s own tracking information? Is it EBay or Royal Mail / Parcelforce? I’m in the situation where a buyer has received item 5 days ago AND has left feedback saying they’re delighted, but I still can’t access the funds! This has been going on for months now, but has only really become an issue since February 4th when this became the deciding factor for payouts.

You are not the only one that has been affected by this and it is very annoying ,from what has been said previously on here it is an ebay glitch ,their tracking definately isn't in sinc with royal mail etc ,I have had the same for months too, and then ebay say items haven't been dispatched or delivered and then mark me down for it ,my partner has had the same and he has been selling on ebay from day one .

Sorry to hear you’re also having issues with this. I spoke to an operative today who confirmed that it’s a Royal Mail / Parcelforce glitch, but said he could clear the funds outstanding, which he did…but this will become a real bind if we have to do this for every sale, and he had no idea when it might be fixed. It seems stupid that the tracking record on the EBay site is either blank or partial, but when you follow the tracking link on the page, it shows the full tracking info through to delivery!
I hadn’t realised that this issue might be affecting my EBay reputation as you seem to be indicating! Is that actually the case?

I'm having the exact same issue, I used parcelforce collections service, both orders have been delivered yet no tracking on eBay, I can't see how it's a parcelforce issue when it's showing as delivered their end. Very frustrating.

Sorry to hear you’re having the same issue, and yes it’s very annoying especially as it’s been going on for months. EBay seems to have a gift for over complicating things and breaking what’s working perfectly well.
The only saving grace is that you should be able to speak to an operative who will clear the funds straightaway - instead of having to wait 14 days!!

You are correct this is a long term tech issue and all the ore important know to fix as payouts are so dependent on tracking showing delivery.
Royal Mail / other courier's tracking is sometimes not in sync with eBay's tracking, and the latter is the most important for releasing a faster payout, that is, 2 days after the delivery date.
We have been advised, if you have found your tracking has not updated, therefore holding back your payout, contact eBay Customer Services, provide the tracking showing delivery, ask if they can kindly release your payout now as 48 hours have passed the delivery date.
This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.
