Changes again to payouts again

Why can't ebay leave a things alone they changed the payout so you had to request it now they are holding payment until an item has been delivered and verified Have I got this right  and can we still post an item ourselves or are we expected to purchase the postage through ebay. My sellers  don't say when they receive an item does ebay expect this new system to work any better?

Yes I believe Vinted was optional and it is clearly wrong that eBay make it look like our items are more expensive than what we have listed.  WRONG on so many levels.  I would rather go back to seller fees and then  I know where I stand and so does the buyer.  Hate this new system.

Totally agree, very wrong not to itemise the extra fee and gets very complicated when buyers make offers ( which eBay has encouraged in recent years )

I cancelled my listings just before the atrocious payments system came into force.  I have packed my items away and will not sell on ebay again until they return to the previous fair payments system, and the right to book postage oneself.  I have 100% positive feedback and so do many people who are being treated very shabbily.  This new system has ruined ebay's reputation as far as I am concerned.

Exactly: I now have to spend extra time reducing the price of items as this new Ebay change makes them look over expensive and puts off buyers.  I really believe they have idiots coming up with these new ideas!

I wonder, after these confusing and disastrous recent changes,  how many people are seriously considering a move to a different selling site? I am beginning to hate how eBay works which is a shame because I used to have the opposite feelings for it... again, what a shame.

Business sellers can still withdraw their money after one day without having to post the item if I’m correct.

private sellers actually have to post the item and wait for conformation of delivery then wait another 2 days before being able to withdraw their money then having to wait up to 4 days to receive it.

what a bunch of BS double standards by any means I am a seller with 100% positive feedback perfect history of posting and getting items to seller quickly

Just had NEW Ebay rules on Payouts and looks like Ebay have "seen the light".Seems to say Payouts to Sellers after August 6 will be  24 hours after Buyer has paid. Am I correct?
