I dispatched an item on 25th February by Royal Mail tracked 48.
2 days later it shows as unable to deliver and therefore returned to RM depot.
buyer arranged for redelivery to a local collection point and collected from there.
tracking shows as delivered to collection point and awaiting collection. (3rd March) on both RM and eBay.
Buyer has collected shortly after this and has left feedback.
As it has a tracking number will the funds still be released after 14 days? Or should I unmark as dispatched, re-mark as dispatched and not enter the tracking number? As it looks like it’s never going to confirm delivery and the money will just sit in limbo.
any helpful advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
