This information is for anyone struggling with the new ebay balance system when it comes to withdrawals.
I had a problem when you get to the pop-up that says £0.00. and then various other things below. I didn't realise you had to enter the amount you wanted to withdraw of your available funds. This is done by clicking on the £0.00. After advice from a good samaritan I cracked it. Ok, maybe I was a bit slow on the uptake. However, I would suggest to the ebay I.T. people that it would be clearer in my opinion if this pop-up stated at the top of the page "funds available for withdrawal" instead of "£0.00" and shows the amount available and then "amount to be withdrawn". Then navigate to the bottom of the page to confirm amount to withdraw.

I cant even find my ebay balance to withdraw any funds to my bank account. Where on earth is it, its not under seller hub?

Go to payments on the My ebay: Selling overview (not the seller hub). Tap on payments and a blue banner comes up and you should be able to proceed from there.

Go to my ebay, then selling. you will see payments at the top, click that and you will see this
Click the little arrow on the right hand side as I have highlighted.
A pop up window will appear with your balance and a withdraw button.
When you click withdraw another pop up window opens and you have to manually enter the amount you would like to withdraw.
That is using a desktop PC with seller hub enabled.

Thanks so much. Just realised why it showed me my balance but not in blue with the withdraw arrow.... I was using the new selling tool, as soon as I switvhed the old selling tools I got exactly what you and Bunnyboiler said, so thsnk you both and all is sorted. Its ashame Ebay hadnt added a special link to the new and old selling tools to avoid all the confusion.

Hi nvas9663, have you seen bunny--boiler explanation with graphics? It explains the process really well.

Hi, yep, I followed all the steps, but the "Withdrawal" in my case is light gray and doesn't let me click on it. Graphics from bunny-boiler are indeed lovely, but in their case the "withdrawal" is blue and one can click on mine isn't

Hi, yes, that happened to me. You have to come out of 'seller hub' which is the ebay selling tool thingy and find where it says 'switch to my ebay' then on that interface you will see your selling totals st the top of the page increasing to a stop. Then at the top click on 'My Ebay' it shows a dropdown list, then click on 'Selling' , then 'Payments' (at the top) then last of all 'All transactions' . You will then indeed see it in blue and can access and transfer it. You then get an email eventually saying theyve sent your payout. I drew myself a flowchart otherwise I wouldnt have remembered this. Hope that helps nvas.

Thank you, I think I just need to wait for the microdeposits now, not letting me do anything.
