I sold an item and it was delivered to the buyer who confirmed it. Unfortunately Royal Mail did not mark the item as delivered and on ebay my money is still pending. What should I do in this situation?
If it's not showing as delivered and it's over £10 you will have to wait 14 days for the money to be released. If it's less than £10 it will be released 2 days after feedback from buyer or 14 days later, whichever comes sooner.
