Accessing my funds

Hi All,

I have scanned the QR code from my buyer and it says collected but my funds are on hold for 15 days.. is there any way I can access these earlier than this? I could really use them right now…

You are a new seller so your first payouts may be held a little longer.

Also,  have you correctly registered for eBay's Managed Payments?  Has your nominated bank account been verified?  The usual method is for 2 micro payments to be sent to that nominated bank account,  and for you to report back those amounts,  to eBay.  Then,  you are free to withdraw your payouts when they become Available in your Payment Summary.

Hi,

I have verified my payment details etc. The buyer came and collected last night around 8:30pm, and I scanned his QR code for collection but it isn’t showing as collected my side but it is for him? Sorry, I am new to all of

this but I figured that I would have my funds within 24hrs of collection?

As you are a new seller your funds will be held a little longer.  The 24 hour release for sellers is only available if your account  shows :

• Completion of at least 10 sales with a total of £150 or more within the last 5 years 
• Maintain 2 or fewer cases in the last 12 months

You are a new seller , you will need to wait a little longer perhaps up to 21 days for the first few payouts.
