user agreement

hi anybody read the user agreement,i quote ebay does not get involved with any transaction,wrong,they Do now they just added £1 to £2 to every item i have for sale thats 3500 times not being involved between buyer and seller,pmsl,everybody read it,any lawyers here..........

Had you posted on the main discussion boards you would probably get lots of replies from people that claim what ebay now does is illegal, but who are unable to take that claim any further. 

 

Real lawyers would not post advice on here for free.

 

For the record, I don't think they are doing anything illegal, but I am not a lawyer.
