seller no respond and ebay also no respond of my cancellation need help

But seller didn't respond ( I regret that I didn't see the review, this isn't the first time. Another people also complaint it. But Ebay still let it alive.)  I can't collect it. I requested for cancellation for 3 days already. But still in"pending of cancellation"  @ It that ebay and the seller join together and stolen my money ? Please reply and it's really worst experience. @ Ebay

I don't understand why you bought an item which was clearly for collection only and then cancelled it because you could not collect it.

That really is not Ebay's fault or the seller's fault.  They certainly have not 'joined together' to steal your money.

If more than 3 days have passed and the cancellation has not been processed, you could get a callback from Ebay to see if they can cancel the sale and process your refund.
