I have a buyer in the USA who wants to buy my MTB Canyon. He tells me that when he activates the buy button a message appears as follows:

The item you selected can't be purchased because the seller has not specified freight shipping fees. Contact the seller for assistance. You can also: Look at similar items.
I don't know how this happens and how to fix it! I have included the shipping costs in my sales price, so no extra shipping costs need to be charged. Can somebody tell me how to proceed with this please?
