I ordered a item it was delivered to the wrong address ,they sent them back saying wrong address ,but I have not recived a refund, not they cant find my order

Did you make the purchase as a Guest Order?  If so,  nothing will show in your eBay account.

Why was the item delivered to the wrong address?

Was it an old address or did you use the wrong address at checkout?

You can open an 'item not received' case but, if the seller posted to the address you asked for, they will probably want to wait until they get the item back to refund you.

Items which are returned to the sender can take a couple of weeks to get back to the original sender.
