Damaged watch case

I  bought a d&G watch when I opened the box the leather case was disgusting all this old white leather stuff came out of box . I want to return it but the buyer isn't interested and said no. The watch was meant to be a present. U can't sell something that bad. I'm very upset . I can send more pictures if u request them.

Whyvare you not using the money back guarantee and opening a NOT AS DESCRIBED CASE. Seller has to accept and provide a return label, if not you escalate to ebay.

Ebay does put this on every listing, it is up to you to read and use.
