hello, i recently sold a large tapestry to Uk, since i am shipping from Eu to Uk the buyer from uk has to pay customs. She refuses to pay, does not answer my messages and telling me that i have to sort this out..?
the package is large and waiting in uk fro more than 10 days now. Please advise what should i do? i reported buyer to ebay but still did not get any info.

Although you are in Croatia, the usual eBay rule is that if a buyer refuses to pay import duty they lose all eBay protection.

Just make sure that if buyer opens a not received case you make ebay aware that buyer refused to pay customs duty, in which case you should not have to refund.

Can you please advise how to contact ebay and explain this situation, i have been on sellers hub and reported buyer but i also want that ebay knows that in this case i will not refund, the buyer sent me a message that she is now in Greece on holidays and she can not do nothing now, she answered my message when i told her that i reported her to ebay, and 5 days earlier she did not reply to any of my messages, and she had time to pick up package before holidays but she did not want to because of customs..which id the best channel to report to ebay since i did not get any info from them regarding report few days ago ..thank you on advance, Martina
