Collecting a parcel from Evri collection point

I went to collect my parcel today and the collection point won’t release my parcel without a barcode. I do have an eCP reference number. Should I have a barcode and where do I get this from. The seller said that ‘eBay doesn’t share the actual barcode with them’. Can you let me know running round in circles.

Ebay should have emailed you a barcode so check your Ebay messages and your connected email.

If you don't have a barcode, get a callback from Ebay Customer Services and ask them to supply one.
