Hi,
Hope someone can shed some light in this matter. I can see others have had a similar problem.
I sent an item to a buyer with Evri couriers(label was taken off the ebay site) Whilst checking a day later on how movement of parcel was going I read Parcel damaged in transit beyond repair. The parcel is being held. I messaged the buyer and made them aware of what evri had done and offered to send them a replacement to which they agreed. I have sent the replacement with Royal Mail. My question is how do I go about getting compensation from Evri for damaging my order. I have tried everything, going on evri site but you get robots answering and just bogging u off. Shouldnt evri automatically refund me the value of my order as they have admitted to damaging the item in their possesion?? thank you for any help

If you bought the label from eBay you need to claim now here:
https://support-ebay.packlink.
You will need your Packlink reference number which you can find here:

Did you use simple delivery? The rules will be a bit different if you did.

Hi,
Yes, I just purchased the label by looking down the list of who was the cheapest for the weight ratio thus ticking on Evri and printing off the label which cost £2.94. On the tracking page it simply says item damaged in transit beyond repair. Investigating can take upto 24hrs. I just dont know who to asl, ebay evri packlink ??? so confusing.

If you bought the evri postage label on ebay, then you need to contact packlink here if item is damaged.

Hi,
Thanks for your response. I have gone there and they are asking for packlink reference number which i dont have. all i have is the refrence number/barcode that is printed on the label. They also ask to send photos of damaged parcel. How can i do that when the parcel is with evri and they have not contacted me or shown me any evidence.

If evri sent you the notification about damage then best get back to them about pics etc.
