Hi Guys,
Almost one year ago, I purchased & arranged to collect an item in person. The collection fell through due to both parties unable to arrange a mutually suitable time.
I have now emailed the seller asking them to post item, but had no reply (over 10 days)
Is there a cut off point when an unfulfilled purchase becomes null and void? How can I get help from ebay to mediate/ contact the seller in order to receive my purchase. There is no question over payment; I have confirmation of purchase.
Thanks for any guidance.
Rusty.

You will not be able to get any help from eBay, as you can appreciate a lot of time has passed their 30 day MBG Money Back Guarantee policy.
Have you messaged the seller?
To be fair after that length of time they may well have disposed of the item. However, if your payment wasn't refunded, this should now be returned.
Again, this cannot be done through eBay, but they can refund you by cheque, bank transfer or a PayPal Friends and Family payment, whichever suits you both best.
Nothing to enforce the seller to do this, if it was a lot of money , your next steps would be to take legal advice to retrieve your money.

A year is an amazingly long time, and there is no way of getting your money back now via any means - have you been in contact touch with the seller about this? I can't believe that anyone would agree to hold an item for a year.
