Look in fees.

There is still a fee to pay when you sell overseas, whether or not you use GSP.

From the Fees page:

International fee

If your registered address is in the UK, we charge an international fee of 3% if the delivery address for the item (entered by the buyer during checkout) is outside the UK.

Re: global shipping charges

As said, you need to read how GSP works, if you had done this you would  have seen this

Seller fees

There is no fee to join the Global Shipping Programme, but some eBay listing fees still apply to you and your buyer.

As a seller, there are some fees and selling costs that may apply to you, including an international fee if you're a business or private seller.
