Not received a refund

Hi, I have returned 2 items to the sellers,  which they have received,  e bay are saying I have been refunded but nothing has gone in to my bank account,  the chat option is a joke as it just says the dispute is closed and I have been issued a refund,  can anyone help please

How did you pay?

Refunds go back to source, and method of payment determines the time taken.

Debit card up to 7 days, credit card up to 30 days.

Refunds to bank accounts take around 7 days.
