QUOTE We noticed that you’re having some issues with your recent orders. We know that problems with orders happen occasionally, but we’re always concerned when we see buyers opening an unusual amount of return requests, claims, or payment disputes.
One of our top priorities is making sure that eBay is a fair and trusted marketplace for everyone. To help us achieve that, we have guidelines for all our buyers and sellers. For example, buyers shouldn’t misuse our returns, claims, or disputes processes – when they do, it’s disruptive for our sellers and can lead to limitations on a buyer’s account. Please take a moment to review our guidelines for buyers below,QUOTE
YES, i do have some issues like recently a draper tool kit witch the tool pouch was all ripped and freyd and it was never stated, and like the Burberry baseball cap that was just fit for the bin, stunk of stale cigs and black as hell with muck and the seller had used a stock photo of a different cap, and to add a fake Burberrys cap at that too,
and when a USA seller tried to skank me out of £250 for a replica 1:1 Rolex watch witch i reported or like the other 1:1 Rolex watch were it arrived with the strap all broken in 3 parts witch again the seller did not disclose in the listing, but i am the one at fault for reporting the not fit for propose items if the sellers were 100% honest about there listing then i would not have to complaint would i or claim my money back, i feel this is unfair discrimination and been monitored
E bay has changed of the last 23 years more unsavoury seller always trying to pull one over on you, i ask you this, why do the seller do it, like never send the items out or trying and rip you off with inferior good and them knowing full well they are not fit for sale on here, it states in e bays rules we enter in to a contract when bidding and buying and we have to pay for the items we buy, so do's this contract not apply for getting our money back for not fit for propose items, we have the same buys rights as we do in any shop on the high street and under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations Act 2000,
and e bays way of getting more money off you the so called Buyers Protection whats all that about you see something at say £10.00 puts it ends up at say £13.00 + postage another fleece been pulled,
So why are e bay saying that you have too many open returns, well i say if the dodgy sellers were more honest about what they sell we would not have to get our money back would we, and never mind monitoring what we buy and out accounts, and no it is not a fair and trusted marketplace anymore, just look at all the fake / replica items for sale all inferior goods, like Prada, Gucci, Stone Island, Cp, Carhartt, North Face, Adidas, Bootleg Old Skool Mix Commutations that they do not own the rights to the music too, ??
You report them and they don't take them off....why don't they take them off, because they will lose money that's why...
When i was a seller with over 100% feedback about 12 years ago i had a saying,
NEVER SELL ANYTHING YOU WOULD NOT BUY YOURSELF ........

As much as any disputes you open may be genuine, you have to careful.
If you open too many ebay can stop you using MBG.
Try to check sellers feedback before buying.

If you open too many lol, well e bay should make sellers be 100% honest then, why should we have to accept not fit for propose goods,
I've been on here 25 years in one gusee or another and reading there feedback can only help say 10% what if they have say 3 items the same and send you a totally different one like i believe the Draper tool pouch was not the one in the photo as mine had a sticker on when it arrived, the one in the photo did not have a sticker on, we have to trust the seller and some on here have no morels its all about making money and trying to get one over on folk,
eBay's Money Back Guarantee "ensures most purchases on the site are covered for a full refund, including original shipping costs, if an item doesn't arrive, is faulty or damaged, or doesn't match the listing description"
Do's not match the description , Broken in 3 Places, Ripped, well they did not like the watches, cap and the tool pouch, so i would say i am entitled to my money back under that and the Distance sellers act 2000, and e bay removing negative feedback that should not be allowed too, feedback is to alert other buyers what they are like and if you leave a true and honest one it should be left on, so other buyers do not get fleeced i say ?
I've had times were the seller has been removed off e bay before or wille a complaint was going though about getting my money back about the broken watch strap in 3 places, and what about the money back guarantee i was told to go contact the financial ombudsman, why should i when i'm covered by e bay and the other fleece buyers protection, but i got nothing back... Answer that one....
Well you have to get up early i say ....

Unfortunately as far as ebay are concerned you can leave honest feedback, but if you do it too often,
ebay may restrict you.
Yes, unfair, but:
EBAY SITE = EBAY RULES.

it's e bays way of saying you are buying too much and we do not like it, behave you naughty boy....
I was given an unfair and misleading reference,
So do not leave leave the honest truth about sellers, OR we will remove you from e bay.....
Well e bay rules are Arbitrary Ruling i Feel,

If it is necessary to leave negative feedback, it is never a good idea to say too much as it just increases the chances of providing a seller who knows the rules, with an excuse to get it removed.
Just saving “Very unsatisfactory transaction” says it all and will not be removed.
When ebay increased to number of letters that could be used in feedback, they did a disservice to buyers by making it easier for something not allowed to be said.

Thats free speech out of the window then, and telling the truth lol
