I sent a parcel to a customer, it’s been over two weeks still not arrived then l saw this msg from eBay?? We issued a refund to your funds for your voided postage label. What does this mean?

Well as we are expected to guess, it means exactly what it says. You voided a label and ebay refunded the cost.

Hi, thank you for clarifying, my memory failed me and l then remembered!
that my printer wouldn’t work so l had to buy from the post office direct!
That meant l didn’t have any way of knowing if the parcel arrived sadly. I
hope the person might answer my message and let me know.
