Parcel dropped off a DPD drop off point but Parcel has been lost

Hi

I dropped off parcel that used the eBay prepaid DPD next day service . The drop off shop has scanned the parcel but it has not been scanned as being picked up and the shop does not have the parcel . What do I do next ?
