Yep, postage charge for shipping to the UK is shown, and these are not items excluded from payment using an eBay balance (film memorabilia). They are also ‘buy it know’ items, which the article you’ve highlighted specifically states can be purchased using an eBay balance!
I can use other methods to pay (my bank account or debit card) - it just seems daft having to do that when I could use money raised by selling on eBay!
Something else I’ve noticed is that on UK listings in my watch list, there info informing me I can use my eBay balance to purchase the item (appearing above the ‘submit bid’ button). But this info is absent from any watched items outside the UK.
Have any other UK buyers been unable to use their eBay balance to purchase overseas items?
