payment to Ebay appears on credit card but no Ebay purchase history ? no emials received referring to a transaction

How can I find out what the payment was for/to ?

Ask ebay, we are only members like you, we have no access to your transactions.

If you buy on ebay as a guest,you should check your emails for details,as purchases will not show in your ebay account when bought as a guest.

Maybe you didn't purchase anything and your credit card account has been hacked?
