Undelivered item

I have not received an item I put in a report to eBay. The seller then told me it was on its way so I cancelled my complaint but they had not resent it what can I do now

Nooo, you must never close a case early. Now closed there's nothing to enforce eBay to force a refund and another case for eBay cannot be opened.

You need to now turn to your payment provider for help with a refund.
