A buyer has asked me to sell and post privately to Slovakia can I do this

Privately?  You mean an Off eBay?

Nope,  you cannot do this if you did,  you could lose your selling account.

Personally,   being asked such a question I would not entertain even suggesting you can add their country to a country you would post to.
