Seller listed item as genuine leather but item arrived as PU synthetic

Dear group members,

What can I do?  I had searched the listings to purchase a lovely set of leather passport holders for my friends who were married 3 years ago.

I wanted leather because this symbol is the third in the list of wedding anniversaries!

I placed an order with whom I thought was a good seller, as they had good ratings.

The actual items were listed as real Genuine Leather, so trusting the seller I placed my order.

What was received was  PU FAKE LEATHER !  I am soooo angry as I won't have time to put another order in and receive this in time for their anniversary!  What can I do?

disappointment is a word that doesn't even describe how I'm feeling right now.

Thanks

Kate

You can open a case using the money back guarantee and return the items at the seller's expense for a full refund.

This is a very common 'scam'.
