Buyer opened return on item bought for parts not working,Apple watch,
Confirmed they wanted it for parts before dispatch,
After receiving opened a return saying that it was Apple demo item property of Apple,
However they have not returned it and currently they have listed it on their account for double the purchase price,
And the return is still open,
Any thoughts please?

If they don't return it by the given date, you won't have to refund it.
All you can do is wait and see what they do.
Obviously, if they sell it, they won't send it back.

Have you issued a returns label?
