Buyer Cant Buy It Now, despite me giving option

I put an item up for sale and started the bid price for auction at £10 and the buy it now option at £20. However, i have a buyer who wants to buy now and there does not seem to be a buy it now option visible. I have looked and despite me selecting this option and my listing on my account showing there is a buy it now option, I cannot see how anyone can buy it now, Help!

The Buy It Now element always disappears if someone places a bid first (unless you use a reserve but that's minimum £50 and expensive to use).

Tell your interested buyer to make a bid.

You can always end the auction early and sell it to them
