Adding a postage fee after making a sale

Buyer can’t now collect after paying for item which I sold as collection only. However they are willing to pay a postage fee. How do I charge the additional fee ?

There js no way through ebay, either you cancel sale and refund then relist with postage option, or buyer pays postage using paypal or bank transfer.

You can send a paypal invoice for postage.

Will ebay consider the order unfulfilled as it stands ? or can the buyer let ebay know it was delivered ?  If I really do need to raise an invoice Can I raise a postage invoice for zero cost ?

You can't raise an invoice and you won't get a collection code or online tracking showing delivery.

Your payment will be held and you will be at risk of a claim for item not received. 

As advised, you need to cancel and relist so it is done properly.
