As a buyer I had to resort to ebay support where the case went in my favour. Return to seller for full refund. When tracking shows item delivered, ebay will send my refund. Currently delivery has been attempted three times with no success. I think that the seller could well be avoiding acceptance possibly due to sour grapes syndrome. How should I proceed?

Attempted delivery is sufficient for a refund. Raise it with ebay in the morning.

Attempted delivery is accepted as proof.
As long as case shows tracking as Attempted, then escalate to ebay to sort refund.

Thnx for the reply. This is already escalated and has case number, so how do I escalate further?
