I bought something from a seller and he didn’t know anything about it and refused to give me a refund because he’ll get charged. He cancelled my return and has been rude to me. Does anyone know what I can do? It told me to wait until tomorrow for a cancellation thing but I want to know if there are any other faster ways.

if you did not receive anything why did you open a return case?
You will have to turn to PayPal [if you used them] or your payment provider for a refund for not received.

Hey. Thanks for the reply. I panicked and wasn’t sure what to do. It’s a digital thing that I bought. But I still don’t have it as he couldn’t give me it and now won’t give me a refund back. He told me it was a “Shame for you “ (me) and so on. I’ve for proof etc if you need any. I didn’t use PayPal also.
