Dodgy buyer wants courier, supposed to be collection only

Hi all,

Had a message from a buyer asking if I would send my Collection Only auction item by courier. I said "no" and he didn't reply. A few days later the auction ends, and he places the winning bid! And then messages me to say to send by courier. His feedback has complaints from sellers saying the same thing and also from sellers that say he makes false claims.

What can I do? He's already paid but this is someone I don't want to do business with. Can I cancel the sale or will eBay see that negatively? Please help thanks 🙂

Yes you can cancel, use the reason 'something wrong with buyers address'.

In future block any buyers who make unreasonable demands, before they bid.
