Proof of no-receipt

Hi, currently I have open case for a refund of stolen parcel from my doorstep, because postie left it there without agreement with me. I contacted Royal mail and they send me a conformation that they started an investigation. Ebay will refund me if I give them a "proof of no-receipt".  How to get that?  I can't fill a form online, Royal mail website says - you are not authorised to access this. I forwarded email from royal mail customer care about that investigation. Is that going to be enough ? Or I should contact Royal mail again to send me a form ?

Do you have a photo or confirmation that it was left on your doorstep? If so, I'd pass this on to eBay along with Royal Mail's confirmation that they're investigating.

Don't be surprised if you don't receive a refund via your eBay claim though, if this happens you may need to issue a not received chargeback via your card provider, who will accept the above as evidence of non-receipt.
