Postage for larger items 120 x

So now I find that updated simple delivery does not allow you to send items up to 120 cm as the simple delivery biggest size is 61cm I have now asked AI for 3 call backs no calls received - so do I end items and then do a new listing? - new listings don’t have this option either just simple delivery so at the moment I have 6 larger items in my drafts that I cannot post  

which numnut is in charge of the postage not at all happy especially as I can’t contact an agent

You're supposed to be able to opt out of SD for large items so you can choose your own postage but it's not working at the moment.     There is a workaround solution on here:
