evri lost the parcle isent out

Does anyone know how to speak to someone at Evri ? They lost a parcel I sent to a customer, and they are not getting back to me, it's been 2 weeks or so

If it was sent via eBay's Simple Delivery when the buyer opens a "not received" case ebay should issue the refund and you keep the payment.
