I know it's being asked a lot. But I have two items, Sent together, same tracking. Delivered 19th February. Tracking confirms. Buyer left feedback.  Payments on hold until 3rd march.  Bots keep telling me what I already know, (payment on hold)and callbacks don't seem to happen.

If you can show ebay customers service that the item has been delivered on the postal/couriers services website,then they can release the payment for you,use this link eBay Customer Service

Just to update. I'd put tracking on both items as were in the same parcel. Somehow, one had lost the tracking info. Weird as was definitely on when I was checking delivery,  as I clicked on it to go to royal mail site

Still not got access to funds. They are now both showing as delivered in orders. Yet in payments when I click pending, one of the items is waiting despatch. So different parts of ebay have conflicting information. I've contacted customer services again. I could despatch again as it lets me access through payments, but I'm worried it will cause more problems

And I'm now an 'engager'. All I want is my money.... not badges, not bots telling me what I already know. But I'm sure the badge will make up for the frustration.
