Paying on collection and eBay not recognizing the fact.

I purchased a car in February and payed on collection.

I wrote a note and attached it to the eBay advert stating that I had done so.

eBay is still requesting me to pay for the item.

I gave up on the automated assistant after twenty minutes.

I have asked for a human being to talk to so that i can resolve this nonsense.

I am writing this knowing that hundreds of eBay users are having the same problems.

So I will not hold my breath waiting for a solution.

The seller could (and should) have solved this at the time of the sale by marking the car as paid.
