Has anyone ever experienced a situation where the parcel was delivered to the wrong address and a refund was never given by eBay.
According to the courier company proof of delivery, the delivery was made to a wrong address in the same postal code area with “the occupier” as my name, even though all my details are clearly written on my profile.
Even when you google the addresses, they are completely different locations. Just the same neighbourhood but eBay still considers it as delivered and the seller has even deactivated his account. So at this point, I have lost both the phone and the money. I am helplessly writing so that I can hear other peoples experiences on how they went about resolving this issue.
i pray to God that someone can render me a response that can help me with this. After this, I may never ever use eBay again, after buying things worth thousands over the past 8 years. Am deeply disappointed and traumatised.

As you have evidence that the item was mis-delivered, go to your payment provider and start a chargeback to get your money back.
It would be the seller who refunded you, not Ebay.
The seller has sent the item to the address you provided and, like you, has been let down by the carrier,
If tracking shows delivery, Ebay don't expect the seller to refund you.

If the item was delivered to an address with same postcode, by that I mean that last three (number and letters) the same it should be in the same road, so might be worth knocking on the door.
