Only half of order arrived

On 9th of this month, I had ordered 10 lighters but only received 5. I have sent the seller a message that either he sends me the other 5 or gives me a refund for the other 5. I gave him a bad review but have not heard anything from him. II am very disappointed.

if they bought them in one transaction start a return on here:

select "Item doesn't match description" and escalate it to eBay after 3 complete working days.

If I do what you say, then I will have to return the 5 lighters and I don't want to do that. Please ask the seller to send me the 5 that was missing from my order to refund me for the missing 5. Thank you.

I have just had a message from the seller. He apologised saying he refund me for the missing 5 lighters.
