A buyer has purchased 3 of my items and combined the postage. This has created the issue in that the weight of the 3 items exceeds the maximum weight of the chosen postage service. The max weight is 2kg and the 3 items weight somewhere around 3kg.
This means I can't use the provided postage label, but I also am unable to pay extra to cover the additional weight. What can I do? I'd be happy to cover the extra, but I don't see how I can.
