Not paid for 7 tracked sales by EBay because not classed as delivered

I have not been paid by EBay for 7 tracked sales which they say are not delivered in spite of my receiving message from one recipient re her parcel obviously delivered and receiving feedback from 2 others. Rang agent who transferred me to other department which left me hanging on for 55 minutes. Disgusting. It seems that Royal Mail neglect means we are not paid since 4 Feb. I must waste more time tomorrow through no fault of my own. If this carries on I will leave EBay after 18 years.
