Item not been sent out

Can anyone help me i order something over 2 weeks ago meant to arrive within 3 days and still hasn't been sent. Message seller last week no answer. So 3 days ago I cancelled order as needed it before last Friday. Now seller has cancelled my request for a refund but still no answer or even tracking number for this item what should I do?

What you should have done was open a case for item not received.   Are you still able to do that?
