Non uk seller

So the seller advertised as "UK based, postage via Royal Mail, 2 - 3 days delivery"

Spurious tracking details issued, alleging the package was picked up by Evri on 30th December.....nothing further regarding the parcel having been shipped.

Further delving into the seller, its a Chinese business address. Why don't ebay clamp down on these false sellers?

Re: Non uk seller

From what you say, there would be no proof of delivery so use  the money back guarantee to get a refund.

Ebay do remove sellers who who use incorrect location or constantly break the rules, BUT they need to be reported, not on here, this is not ebay.

Many Chinese sellers may give an address in  CHINA  but it is the LOCATION on the listings that applies. So long as they dispatch within the UK they are within the rules, but using fake tracking MUST be reported.
