I bought a phone case set from a seller
The product was never delivered but seller obtained fake delivery confirmation and then refused to resend or refund. Only agreed to refund after involving eBay and threatening to bring legal proceedings. I obviously left genuine negative feedback which the seller managed to remove which explains why he has extremely high positive rating. It seems that eBay may have colluded with seller to remove negative reviews? A lot of negative reviews will clearly turn people away from eBay.

Only agreed to refund after involving eBay
If you said so in your feedback, this will explain why it was removed. eBay has rules over what can be said, and mentioning eBay's involvement in a refund is not allowed. This would have entitled your seller to report your feedback to eBay to be removed.
I wish eBay would go back to the time when feedback comments had to be short, and provide clear guidance when writing them about what can and can't be said.

So eBay reviews mean nothing then!! They are doctored to suit them.
