Please, I need help, my order was delivered at a wrong address. Please I need your help. I tried contacting seller but hasn’t had anything back.

If the tracking is not showing delivery to your address select "Report an item you didn't receive" on here:

and escalate it 3 complete working days later.

How do you know your order was delivered to the wrong address?

You can open an 'item not received' case but if the seller has tracking proving delivery to the address you chose at checkout, you will lose the case.
