Missing purchases

Hi. In my account under purchases I am missing all transactions from July to October. I have no filtering (it's set to All).

if I enter the purchase in to 'search  your orders' it appears as a search result - e.g I bought an Apple Watch box in October, it's not in my default purchase list, but I can search for and find it.

This is obviously a technical issue, but I can find no way to raise it with eBay, I just circle through a maze of irrrlevant menus. Anybody know how I can raise this?

Could some purchases have been made as ' Guest Purchases' ?  If so,  then nothing will show in your eBay account and is was not used to buy those items.

The best option is  to get a new confirmation email using this link - https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/guest-order?topicId=4065&af=2. 

From there you will be able to select the view order details.

No. All orders were made under my account. I can search for them and find them, and in some other views - like give feedback - I can see them. There is just a section missing from my purchases list.
